|Freight||Free Freight Limit||No standard freight charge on orders over $2000 if shipped standard ground freight (RackSimply reserves the right to choose carrier), but all orders under $2000 are subject to shipping charges.|
|Free Freight Exceptions||Shipments exempt from free freight include, but are not limited to: product type, heavy weight (products weighing over 100 lbs) or oversized shipments, destination (geographical location) and special handling requirements.|
All “Exceptions” are billed at actual cost.
All expedited freight services are billed at actual cost.
|Orders||Minimum Order Size (Handling Fee)||All orders, under $500 are subject to a $5 handling fee.|
|Refused Shipment Charges||$50 charge per refused shipment unless the refusal is based on a RackSimply error.|
|Hardware /Software/ Software Licensing Damaged shipments||Customers should thoroughly inspect all cartons for damage before signing for the shipment. This includes palletized freight.|
All claims of concealed damage must be reported to RackSimply customer service within 15 days of receipt. Claims made after 15 days of the received date may not be honored. While many technology brands do allow for a 30-day return window. Some returns are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee. Return requests made after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.
All claims of external (visible) damage, customers should refuse the damaged carton(s) and notify RackSimply customer service within 5 days of the refusal.
